The Belgian Refining Corporation

The Belgian Refining Corporation (BRC) has decided to use the Principal Toolbox to manage their maintenance- and investment projects. They will also use an integration with their Financial system.

This gives the project manager a central environment to manage his or her projects and keep track of the financials (budget, actual, committed, and forecast).

The Belgian Refining Corporation (BRC), part of Petroplus, is one of the five petroleum refineries in Belgium. BRC is an average refinery and has a yearly turnover of almost 173.5 million Euro.

The refinery has a yearly production volume of 5,5 million ton and employs about 200 people. BRC produces a wide range of product, such as propane- and butane gas, naphtha, petrol, diesel, fuel oil and sulfur.
