With the additional apps such as Time Registration, Import / Export and connections through APIs you can create your optimal total package. Just like the basic apps, the additional apps are all fit-for-purpose and easy to use.
With the Hours app you can easily streamline and speed up the registration and approval of hours. Users can write time on tasks in projects, teams, programs and portfolios. It is also possible to register time on non-project-related activities such as leave, illness or operations. Link the hours to hourly rates to provide insight into costs. Setting up an appropriate workflow for digital approval of timesheets is very easy.
Data exchange with other systems
Connect one or more external systems (such as SAP, Exact or AFAS) with Fortes Change Cloud in a standardized way via the REST API.
Or use the built-in file importer / exporter to read or write data once or on a periodic basis.
