- A project model adapted to your organization based on best practices such as PRINCE2, Stage Gate and AgilePM
- All standard reports based on MS Office, PDFs or graphical widgets
- A defined project governance structure
- Any links with your ERP or financial system
The ultimate goal is to make your organization self-sufficient in the management and use of the software. After approval of the approach and planning, the realization of the deliverables is started. Depending on the needs within the organization, the consultant sets up one or more workshops in which key users are familiarized with the use and management of Fortes Change Cloud via learning-on-the-job. The consultant applies the train-the-trainer principle, with which the knowledge within your organization is safeguarded.
