Adding OData as a data exchange protocol enables easy unlocking of data (such as data from a specific portfolio) for use with reporting tools outside the Fortes Change Cloud.
OData was chosen since this widely used open standard provides a uniform way to share data between different systems and platforms, thus facilitating data integration between different applications.
Using built-in authentication, a secure link for exchanging the data can be established. Authorization to retrieve data from the Fortes Change Cloud can be revoked at the push of a button.
