Marco has more than 25 years of experience in change management. He gained that experience in a variety of roles, including line manager, project manager and portfolio manager. From his role as an independent consultant, he has supported many organizations in professionalizing their portfolio and project management. On behalf of Fortes, he regularly guides the introduction and adoption of the PPM platform “Fortes Change Cloud.
With a no-nonsense approach, Marco tries to provide clients with very practical solutions. He makes complex issues as simple as possible so that the knowledge and experience he shares is useful to a broad group in an organization. In doing so, he works on the premise that systems do not replace human dialogue, but enhance it by providing insight.
