On Tuesday 13 June, the 20th edition of the annual BPUG seminar was held in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. This years anniversary edition was themed ‘BPUG 2017: Next Practices’. The seminar was again a great success, with over 400 professionals visiting. As the proud main sponsor of this event, Fortes Solutions was present again.
On this 20th seminar, Sander Nijenhuis (managing director) and Bob Hotho (implementation consultant) from Fortes Solutions gave a workshop themed ‘Agile adoption in a traditional organisation: how to maintain control’. The three stages of agile adoption were discussed during the session. Furthermore, participants learned more about the best practices on how to maintain control when adopting agile in a traditional organisation. The workshop session was a great succes with many participants engaging. The great amount of interaction and discussion proved the relevance of the workshop theme.
